Working at Repair Care

Being a Specification Account Manager at Repair Care is an incredibly fulfilling role. I love delivering CPDs to help industry professionals enhance their knowledge and skills, while also collaborating closely with my colleagues to provide tailored solutions for every project. Working with merchants adds an exciting layer to the role, as we build strong partnerships that help bring our innovative wood repair products to market. The team spirit and shared commitment to excellence make every day both challenging and rewarding.

I joined Repair Care in January 2024 to cover maternity leave and quickly embraced the opportunity to grow in a new industry. The role combines sales, customer service, and administration, offering an exciting challenge. The supportive UK team and approachable leadership have made my experience incredibly rewarding. Collaboration is at the heart of Repair Care, with strong ties across the UK, Netherlands, and Germany. Joining cross-country projects and participating in training and wellness activities has boosted my confidence and skills while fostering meaningful connections. I’m grateful for the opportunity to grow and thrive in such a dynamic and supportive environment!
