Repair Care opens new factory and office in Waalwijk

We have reached an exciting new milestone: the production of our repair products are moving from Taiwan to a new facility in Waalwijk. Within the same building, we will soon open a new office and a dedicated training centre. This marks a significant step forward in sustainability, delivery reliability, and knowledge sharing.

Sustainable and Future-Proof
“With this reshoring initiative, we significantly reduce our CO₂ footprint and become less dependent on international transport,” says Paul Ostlender, Manager of R&D and Operations. “With the new factory, we are ready for the future: modern, safe, and efficient, delivering the quality our customers have come to expect from us.”

State-of-the-Art Facilities
The new location, spanning no less than 3,700 m², provides space for a large laboratory, ample warehouse capacity, and two production lines capable of fully covering each other’s operations. This enables Repair Care to scale production and be prepared for potential emergencies. As an additional safeguard, the production facility in Taiwan will remain available for the time being. The current head office will relocate to the new building at the end of 2025, and from 2026 onwards, all Netherlands Repair Care training and educational programmes will take place there.

A Strategic Step
Managing Director Robert-Jan Corporaal underlines the strategic importance of this move: “By bringing production in-house, we gain even greater control over the quality of our processes and products. Moreover, we are taking a significant step in sustainability. It is remarkable that a company of our size is able to achieve this independently.”
