What did we do?
At the end of January, we sent out our annual customer satisfaction survey, and we’re thrilled to share some fantastic news: our Net Promoter Score (NPS) has risen from +72 to an impressive +77 this year! (On a scale from -100 to +100).
Highest customer satisfaction score ever
This means that 77% of respondents would recommend Repair Care to others, such as colleagues. A result we are incredibly proud of!
To put this into perspective: Starbucks: 77 and Apple: 61.
Scoring on par with these major brands – and even higher than Apple – speaks volumes! But we’re not stopping here. We’re continuously analysing feedback to improve our service even further.
