Sill ready to remove.

Part cut out for removal.

Bottom bar gone sill already removed.

Bits of timber treated with dry fix ready to go in bottom of boxes and window before new sill. The timber use reduces amount of Dry fix needed and thus material cost.

The window finished.

Another after box repair buttered up ready for new sill. Sticks in back to give new sill a forward tilt. As previous job had non and so water sat on the sills.

Rot removed ready to apply dryfix.

Repairs to corners box and note piece put on front of sill.

This sill kept.

Preservation joint repair ready. Note. the gap between frame and brick work was filled with Tourpret masonry filler.

Ready to paint. Front edge was filled as previous repair left large deep gap under which could not be painted, Trapped water and was the course of some sills splitting across the middle as they were unsupported.

Finished using Crown flexible gloss system.

Front of sill ready for new front in picture. Dry fix applied.

Split in sill due to no support beneath. Strip wood timber and dry flex put in under front to support this.

New rafter end on barn.

Another. Timber cut back into wall and fixed to good timber still supported on inner wall.

The door grooves had been baddle filled flush. With the joint repairs made it was ok to remove this and return door to its original look.

Farm house

Repairs needed to barn and rear of house every window. Had had previous repair but with out bottom of sash boxes being repaired. So some sills removed and replaced with new and others repaired along with sash boxes.
