Chiseling out to remove decay and get back to good sound timber

Chiseled out and DRY FIX® primer applied.

Timber was inserted under lead with DRY FLEX® and then pushed back into position.

Front cut out by saw and part way through routing out rest of rot.

This had gone right through. filled and trimmed off inside when set.

Louver window mechanism exposed.

Taped louver mechanism over to stop DRY FLEX getting in and stopping it working.

Timber cut and DRY FIX coated ready for DRY FLEX® 4

Timber in place with DRY FLEX 4.

Prepared with DRY FIX®

Work nearing completion. All 18 Supports needed repair.

Dry seal putty in place

Wood worm removed and DRY FIX® applied

Where old internal bolts removed on tower doors ready for DRY FLEX®.
