Terms and Conditions of Sale (B2C – Consumer Customers Only)

- Definitions and Interpretation
- Company – Repair Care International Ltd.
- Customer – the purchaser of Goods or Services.
- Goods – products supplied by the Company.
- Services – training, advice, or other deliverables.
- Order – a request by the Customer to purchase Goods or Services.
- Contract – the agreement formed when an Order is accepted.
- Terms – these Terms & Conditions.
Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
- Application of Terms
These Terms apply to the sale of Goods and Services to consumers in the UK.
Your statutory rights under UK law remain unaffected.
- Formation of Contract
- 3.1 All Orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
3.2 A Contract is formed only when the Company confirms acceptance in writing (including email) or dispatches the Goods.
3.3 We may reject or cancel an Order where Goods are unavailable, pricing or stock errors occur, or we reasonably suspect fraud or unlawful activity.”
- Pricing and Payment
4.1 Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
4.2 The total price is confirmed at checkout before you place the Order.
4.3 Payment is required in full at the time of Order using the payment methods offered.
4.4 We may carry out identity or fraud-prevention checks. Suspected fraud may lead to cancellation or delay.
- Delivery
5.1 Delivery dates are estimates and depend on availability.
5.2 We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control.
5.3 Risk in the Goods passes to you on delivery.
- Returns and Cancellations (Consumers)
6.1 Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel an Order within 14 days of delivery.
6.2 Goods must be returned unused and in their original condition.
6.3 We will refund the price and standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods.
- Faulty Goods
7.1 If Goods develop a fault within 30 days you may choose a refund or exchange.
7.2 During the guarantee period (normally 12 months unless stated otherwise) we may repair, replace, or refund.
7.3 Faults caused by misuse, damage, or normal wear and tear are excluded.
- Limitation of Liability
8.1 Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8.2 We are not liable for loss of profits, sales, business, goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss.
8.3 Our liability is limited to foreseeable losses directly caused by our breach, subject always to your statutory rights,
- Intellectual Property
All content, images, text, and trade marks on our website or materials remain the property of the Company or its licensors. You may not copy or use them for commercial purposes without permission.
- Website Use
You may not create links to, or interfere with, our website without permission. We are not responsible for the content of external sites.
- Entire Agreement
These Terms form the entire agreement between the parties and replace any prior agreements or representations.
- Amendments
These Terms may only be amended in writing and signed by both parties.
- Waiver
Delay or failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
- Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including (but not limited to) strikes, fire, flood, extreme weather, transport disruption, or government action.
If such an event lasts more than 30 days, either party may cancel the affected Order without liability.
- Notices
Notices must be in writing and delivered by hand, first-class post, or email to the addresses in the Contract.
- Confidentiality
Both parties must keep confidential any information marked confidential or reasonably understood to be confidential, unless required by law.
- Severability
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

- Alternative Dispute Resolution
If we cannot resolve a complaint, you may (if eligible) use an ADR provider or, if purchasing from the EU, access the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

We handle personal data in line with UK data-protection law, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
We only collect and process personal data where necessary to perform a contract, meet legal duties, or for legitimate business interests.
